- TEST DRIVE TO VERIFY NOISE AND RUN ON HOIST AND LISTEN FOR NOISE AND FOUND THAT FRONT DIFF HAS FAILED ALSO RIGHT FRONT BRAKE IS HANGING UP INSPECT BRAKES AND FOUND THAT RIGHT FRONT CALIPER PINS FROZE UP WHICH CAN BE CLEANED UP FRONT PADS AT 4 MM AND REAR PADS ARE AT 3 MM NEED FRONT DIFF ASSEMBLY CHANGED AND FRONT AND REAR BRAKES
- CHANGE OIL AND FILTER AND TOP OFF ALL FLUIDS RESET TIRE PSI TO MANUFACTURE SPECS.
- INSPECT VEHICLE
- INSTALL EPR AND MOA
- AXLE ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – AWD,Gas/Ethanol w/Skid Plate – [DOES NOT include wheel alignment.]
- BRAKE SHOES &/OR PADS – Remove & Replace – Front,Both Sides – [Includes: Clean, lube and/or replace Brake Hardware as necessary. Adjust Brakes (where applicable). Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable). DOES NOT include refinishing.]
- BRAKE SHOES &/OR PADS – Remove & Replace – Rear,Both Sides – [Includes: Clean, lube and/or replace Brake Hardware as necessary. Adjust Brakes (where applicable). Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable). DOES NOT include refinishing.]
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust , toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel
