  • Found pressures read 4.95v and 490 psi. Then drop to 0 and bounce all around see tech pictures. Found as pressure with gates running 60psi high and low side when sensor reads 0 or 490. Went to preform AC temp sensor circuit testing before replacement of part and found it wasn't plugged in lock tab is broken. Please remove and replace pig tail. system fully op.
  • REPLACE AC HIGH PRESSURE SWITCH HARNESS PIG TAIL ON AC COMPRESSOR

  • Found bulb burnt out. Replaced bulb.
  • REMOVE AND REPLACE WATER PUMP AND FILL COOLING SYSTEM
  • Removed seat found gear stuck got gear unstuck and seat is operating properly at this time.
  • Was unable to verify squeaking noise. Water pump bearing feels rough.
