- FOUND MULTIPLE CODES. NOTHING RELATED TO ANY PROGRAMMING, CEL DUE TO FUEL TANK LEAK VAPOR LEAK AND TANK FLAP CODE. PLEASE REMOVE AND REPLACE GAS CAP PER SIB120209. THERE IS A 5DEC TRANSFERCASE MALFUNTION CODE ALONG WITH 54C6 TRANSFERCASE OIL WEAR CODE INDICATING POOR FLUID CONDION IN T CASE. IN ADDITON THER IS MULTIPLE CAN BUS COMMUNICATION CODES. AND CODES FOR LEFT REAR WSS. (SEE CODE PRINT OUT.) Found code 5 DEC transfer case malfunction . found transfer case leaking and actuator motor to have damage to plastic gearing and transfer case to have clutch material and metal shavings in fluid rec replacement of transfer case and transfer case Actuator motor Found 149 can wheel speed signal. Cleared brought for test drive code reset. Removed and sWAPPED rear and wheel speed sensors. Found coded did not follow to left side indicating wheel speed sensor are good. At this time I will need more diag time to preform continuity testing of wiring from ABS sensor connector to and control module if all wire tests okay I will preform circuit testing on and control module if circuit test okay replacement of bar control module will be necessary along with programing. Found tpms light is flashing indicating bad sensor. Tested all sensor found right rear sensor battery low. And reading incorrect pressure, the right rear sensor will need to be replaced and reprogrammed.
