- Confirm customer concern. Test drove vehicle monitored misfires on live data. Switch cylinder 2 and 3 coils retest drove and misfire did not move. Went to swap cylinder 2 and 3 plugs and found cylinder 3 full of fuel. This indicates that the injector is bad. Will need to remove injector and bench test st this time.
- REPLACED FUEL INJECTORS AND TEST DROVE VEHICLE. VEHICLE RUNS GOOD. INSPECTED LIVE DATA FOR MISFIRES AND DATA SHOWS CYLINDER 1 HAD A LOT OF MISFIRES MOVED COILS AND PLUGS AROUND MISFIRES STAYED ON CYLINDER ONE. AFTER INSPECTING FOUND THAT CYLINDER ONE IS IMBALANCED DUE TO AFTER MARKET INJECTOR. VEHICLE RUNS FINE BUT LIVE DATA IS PICKING UP THE IMBALANCE AND COUNTING IT AS A MISFIRE.
- TESTED FUEL INJECTORS. WILL NEED TO REPLACE ALL OF THE INJECTORS
